Amazon text-to-speech

Amazon is one of the text-to-speech services you can select for a bot connection, while creating the connection or later on its Settings tab.

To use Amazon for text-to-speech:

1. From the 'Text-to-speech provider' drop-down list, select Amazon.

   

2. From the 'Engine' drop-down list, select the synthesis engine.

3. From the 'Voice name' drop-down list, select the voice the caller hears.

4. Click Create.
